Today Asus unveiled the launch of a new addition to their range of gaming headset to be added to their Republic of Gamers (ROG) lineup.

It has been dubbed the Asus ROG Centurion True 7.1 surround sound gaming headset, which comes with a range of new tech and a sleek design for your gaming audio needs.

It comes equipped with 10 discrete neodymium-magnet drivers that Asus says can deliver realistic and immersive audio along with true 7.1 channel surround sound for precise in-game audio positioning.

They have designed it for use by professional and otherwise hardcore gamers, featuring an included USB audio station that comes with a Hi-Fi-grade ESS 9601 headphone amplifier and a set of dedicated controls for in-game audio adjustments.

And to top all of that off, it also features Asus’ Sonic Audio technology.

The Asus RoG Centurion True 7.1 gaming headset is expected to be launched in October 2017, however, they have not revealed pricing details yet.

They did release the following video for a quick look.
