Asus has this week announced the launch of a brand new Android tablet, similar to that of the device that they launched alongside Verizon back in June of this year.

It has been named the Asus ZenPad 3 8.0, featuring similar specifications to the Verizon version, but without being linking to the US cellular company.

Its main feature is the 7.9-inch 2K IPS display that has a 2,048 x 1,536 resolution for a better visual experience.

The tablet is also powered by a Qualcomm S650 hexa-core processor, with 4GB of RAM to go alongside it and Adreno 510 graphics.
