The app will allow users to stream or download movies and TV shows from, alongside content store on the users existing digital library, and playing UltraViolet content.

To use it however you will need to link the app to your Barnes & Noble, and only Android users will be able to make rentals and purchases directly from the app, due to restrictions from Apple on the iOS store.

You can download the Nook Video app today from the Apple iTunes Store, Google Play Store and from Roku.
