Beats by Dr Dre has today re-announced the release of its Dr Dre Mixr overear headset, now available in a new set of neon colours from June 11th, for £219.95.

The headphones were originally designed by the DJ David Guetta and have been tweaked for use by DJd, with a focus on deep bad with high volume, the ear cups also swivel back and forth to allow the DJ to listen to the current track whilst cuing another one up.

Guetta said the following about the new headset colours:

These new Mixrs look incredible, I’ve been on a non-stop world tour since Mixrs launched, spinning at every show with them; I can honestly say they are the best headphones I’ve ever used; light, strong and super loud which is what you need as DJ – and when you travel as much as I do. Now the whole crowd will see them glow in the dark too.”

The headset will be available in blue, green, orange, yellow or pink neon as well as the previous gloss or matte black, white and red variants.
