Belkin have today announced their latest product for the iPad, the Ultimate Keyboard Case, which is apparently the slimmest and lightest keyboard case for the iPad currently on the market, measuring 6.5mm thick and weighing 481 grams, it certainly sounds interesting.

The case features Belkin’s TruType keys which they say will offer a “laptop-like typing experience”, there’s also a set of magnet sensors that will turn the keyboard on and off once closed, saving the 160-hour battery life for when you really need it.

The case is recharged via a microUSB cable and connects to the iPad via Bluetooth 2.0, and includes a new SoundFlow design that is said to enhance the audio power of the iPad, alongside which there’s three possible viewing and typing angles that it can be positioned within.
