During their Gamescom 2015 event Blizzard today revealed the next and sixth expansion for World of Warcraft, called Legion it will revolve around the invasion of the Burning Legion.

It will also play host to a number of other features including access to the new Broken Isles Continent, a level cap of 110, new dungeons and raids, a new Honor System, Artifact Weapons and a new Hero class called Demon Hunter.

Broken Isles is a forgotten land at the heart of Azeroth, it used to be a Night Elf civilisation, but was destroyed and became a graveyard.


In the Isle you will face the Legion at the Tomb of Sargeras, which is an active gateway to endless Legion world, this will begin before the expansion launches in an event called The Broken Shores.

There will also be new Artifact weapons included in the expansion included the Ashbringer and Doomhammer, as well as new Class Orders like the Silver Hand.

The Demon Hunter Hero class will be introduced to “teach us the true meaning of sacrifice”.
