Some hidden files have been uncovered by AppleInsider who claim the configuration file within mentions the iMac 13,0 and MacPro 6,0 models which as you probably know don’t exist.

As the current model of the iMac has gone more than a year without an update this could be possible, alongside that both Tim Cook and a unamed Apple spokesperson recently confirmed that the Mac Pro will receive a full redesign in time for delivery in 2013, so that’s also possible.

So does this mean an updated iMac and Mac Pro is set to launch soon?

I certainly hope so, but unfortunately we might have a little longer to find out.
