Bang & Olufsen (B&O) has today announced an awesome portable Bluetooth speaker that can last a total of 24hours after a single charge.

Called the B&O Beoplay A1, it has been co-created by the designer Cecille Manz, and is specialised to be used when out and about, featuring a sleek and small design that allows it to be used pretty much anywhere you like.

It weighs only 600g, and it is sized at 133mm x 48mm, featuring an aluminium casing, and custom woofers inside, and an aluminium cone mid-woofer, silk dome 3 quarter inch tweeter.

It also has a bass response as low as 40hz, with a DSP algorithm that allows it to provide 350-degree sound.

To make it last a total of 24-hours, the Beoplay A1 has a 2,200mAh battery and a smart algorithm to manage the output of that battery wisely.

It also has a microphone inbuilt, so not only can you use it as a Bluetooth speaker, but you can also use it as a speakerphone.

The B&O Beoplay A1 is now available for £199 in both moss green and natural designs.
