When you accept iTunes terms and conditions, you agree that you technically are only borrowing the tracks rather than owning them outright, meaning after death your music library is worthless.

Bruce Willis is reportedly looking to sue Apple over these terms and conditions, in order to give his music library to his three daughters, Rumer, Scout and Tallulah.
