BT has today announced a new update to its router for both BT Broadband or BT Infinity customers, dubbed the Home Hub 4 the new router includes dual-band MIMO support, allowing it to work on 2.5GHz and 5GHz bands.

There’s also a faster broadband processor in the hub, so it’s also faster and with other features such as a CD-free setup and a push button WPS connection as well as smart diagnostics.

On top of all of which there’s also a new design, which you can see in the image above.

Appearing to include a blue glowing light on the front that can be dimmed to the users tastes, alongside which the unit measures 116 x 236 x 31mm and weighs 301g.

The BT Home Hub 4 is available now from the BT Online Shop for £109, and will roll out on May 10th for all new customers, existing customer will also be given the option to upgrade for £35.
