Cambridge Audio has today announced its latest speaker system, the Minx M5 speaker system, which backs a pair of satellite speakers sized at 72.5 x 72.5 x 73.8mm each, and a subwooder at 1 x 135mm in size.

Designed for the desk, they should fit into any arrangement, and with a set of stands allowing them to be raised from the desk, the satellite speakers can either be attached to a wall or be sat at your desk.

Connecting via a USB cable, the speakers can receive high quality DAC for digital audio processing, alongside which, the Minx M5 also includes a desktop control hub, allowing the user to control both the power and volume, as well as granting access to an AUX port for plugging in other devices.

And finally, there’s also an integrated headphone socket for with another speaker system, or a set of headphones.

You can pick up the Minx M5 from the Cambridge Audio website for £149 from today, check out the video below for a quick look.
