If you have the Nextbit Robin smartphone then you might be happy to know that it will soon get a new Android update.

That update is Android Nougat, which will roll out to all owners of the Robin smartphone this week after Nexbit begun testing Nougat for the Robin late last year.

This update will come with the version update number 88 and will bring a number of new features, security patches, and a new privacy policy.

That new privacy policy is important because it has been put in place by Razer, who acquired Nextbit earlier this year.

Of course, it also comes with all of the standard Android Nougat features.

These features include multi-window, bundled notifications, faster multitasking, and more.

Android Nougat should be available to download for all Nextbit Robin smartphones this week, but if you haven’t seen it yet, you can manually check in the setting menu.

Nextbit has also recommended rebooting your smartphone.
