Canon have been busy today, revealing new lines of DLSR and Digital cameras,  one of which is the EOS Rebel T5i Digital SLR camera, boosting an 18 megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, Canon’s DIGIC 5 image processor, an ISO range of 100-12800 and a continuous shooting speed of 5 fps, with 9 cross-type AF focus points.

The Hybrid CMOS AF system will work within the Live View mode, and the T5i also features Canon’s Stepping Motor technology, with a Vari-angle 3.0 inch touchscreen display.

In video mode, the camera shoots 1080p Full HD video, with a continuous AF, built-in stereo mic and a manual audio level adjustment.

The EOS Rebel T5i DSLR camera will be available in the US from April for $749.99 body-only, $899.99 bundled with the new EF-S 18-55m STM lens, or even $1,099 for the bundle with an 18-135mm EF STM lens.

There’s no information on other release dates or pricing for the camera yet.
