Cannon unveiled the new PowerShot N camera at CES earlier today, with one main features being the new tilting touchscreen and lens control rings.

Cannon have of course placed this 2.8 inch tilting screen on the back of the device, and on the front is the lens with 8x optical zoom, with image stabilisation, 12.1 megapixel CMOS sensor and a DIGIC 5 image processing engine.

Once everything is folded away the devices measures 78.6 x 60.2 x 29.3mm.

With the control rings around the lens, users can use functions such as zoom and shutter release straight from the lens itself, Cannon says this will allow users to hold the camera and control it at the same time with ease.

The camera will also include Wi-Fi connectivity allowing users to share images to your smartphone, Facebook and upload videos to YouTube on the go.

The Cannon PowerShot N will be available to buy from early April 2013 for £269.
