One of the biggest releases during the super bowl yesterday was the release of the new trailer for the upcoming Jurassic World film, set to be released in theatres worldwide on June 12th 2015.

“Steven Spielberg returns to executive produce the long-awaited next installment of his groundbreaking Jurassic Park series, Jurassic World. Colin Trevorrow directs the epic action-adventure from a screenplay he wrote with Derek Connolly. Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley join the team as producers.”

The trailer is just over a minute long and provides a quick look at what we can expect from the film. Check it out above.

The film will be based on the same island as he Jurassic Park film series, however it will be set 22 years after the original events of the original Jurassic Park movies.

Set on the island of Isla Nublar, off the Costa Rica Pacific coast, but now with a fully operational dinosaur theme park called Jurassic World.
