Today Cooler Master unveiled a couple of new additions to their range of mechanical keyboards, the Cooler Master MasterKeys Pro S and MasterKeys Pro M RGB, both of which are available now across Europe for €99 and €149 respectively.

Starting with the MasterKeys Pro S, that keyboard offers what Cooler Master claims to be the brightest LEDs available with an “Intelligent White” backlit. It also uses Cherry MX switches, with a tenkeyless layout and a minimalistic design that makes it more comfortable for gaming, with shorter distances between the mouse and typing actions.

There’s also some onboard memory for saving the lighting effects and macros right on the keyboard with on-the-fly updates and profile support.

The MasterKeys Pro M RGB builds upon that with full RGB backlighting, featuring over 16.7 million colours for customisation to what the user wants.

Both also come with an ARM Cortex Mo built right into the keyboard, allowing for on-the-fly adjustments to the repeat rate, multimedia, and macro recording controls. They explained more about these functions with the following:

To alter the lighting mode, press FN + left or right arrow keys with the anti-clock wise icons. You can also modify the light speed by pressing FN + the top and down arrow keys with the speed icon. Whatever your style or preference, it can be altered at the tip of your fingers, without the need to install or use software.

The keyboards come with a default and gaming profile modes. While working or doing homework you can disable gaming macros and lighting modes by pressing FN + ESC to enter default mode and prevent the use of any macro’s. When you’re ready to get back into the game, use the four dedicated profiles for all your lighting and macros for a quick and easy switch to boost your performance. The Status Indicator System, by holding down the FN key, makes it easy to navigate the On-the-fly System and easily change settings and profiles by just glancing at the keyboard.

To finish it off, both of the keyboards feature anti-ghosting technology, combining the N-key and 6-key rollover together, with support for both Windows and macOS.

MasterKeys Pro S and MasterKeys Pro M RGB are available now from a range of local resellers in Europe, for MSRP € 99.00 and € 149.00.
