Earlier this week, Corsair announced the launch of their new Harpoon RGB mouse and their new K55 RGB keyboard.
Both of these new peripherals will be launched with a fully programmable backlighting system that allows you to select a range of colours to brighten up your mouse or keyboard with a total of 10 RGB lighting modes and lighting effects, with three configurable zones.
The K55 RBG keyboard will also come with a set of built-in media keys in the top-right corner of the keyboard, with buttons for controlling audio and video content with mute, volume up, and volume down buttons.
There are also six programmable macro keys on the left of the keyboard, with a soft rubber detachable wrist rest and an adjustable tilt.
The keyboard also comes with a Windows Key Lock mode, Multi-key Anti-ghosting, and an 8-key controller matrix with a tangle-free rubber USB cable.
The Corsair Harpoon RGB mouse was announced alongside the keyboard, with an optical sensor that supports up to 6,000 dots per inch, with six fully programmable buttons, a contoured design, and textured rubber side grips.
The mouse can also be configured to be illuminated with any colour with a set of customisable lighting effects.
Corsair says that the mouse uses Omron switches with a rating for 20 million clicks.
