One of the best things about the Crysis series, if not its story or amazing graphics is defiantly the multiplayer which I spent many of my teenage years playing constantly and with Crysis 3 hitting stores from February 19th, here’s comes another a chance for me to do the same.

Thankfully however won’t all have to wait that long as Crytek will be launching the multiplayer demo for the title on January 29th on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, this new mode will allow 2-8 players to access various modes that will be available when the game hits stores, this will include Crash Site, where you must capture and defend certain zones, and then there is Hunter Mode where 2 players will be pitted against 10 others (14 on PC), the 2 players will be clocked and will hunt down the remaining 10/ 12 players, the other players within the game only equipped with a Predator Bow, the dead will then respawn after either the clock turns 0 or all CELL troops die.

“With Crysis 3 we are delivering the deepest, most robust Crysis multiplayer experience yet.” Said Cavat Yerli, CEO of Crytek, “We have listened closely to our fans and have evolved the multiplayer in Crysis 3 by adding a host of new gameplay features including the unique Hunter mode, deadly new weapons like the Predator bow, deeper loadout and unlock options, enhanced upgrade systems and more social features like the New York Feed. Top it all off with the ultimate weapon in the Nanosuit and you have a multiplayer experience that is unlike anything else out there.”

If you pre-order the game before its launch you will automatically be upgraded to the Hunter Edition, which will include instant access to the Predator Bow and attachments as well as the Hunter Nanosuit module for more power, there will also be an XP bonus up to level 5, a bow skin and three exclusive dog tags.
