The lifestyle brand CYBEX has this week launched its first ever smartphone game.

Called “Hausschwein Run”, the game has been designed for both parents and children to play, whilst celebrating the launch of CYBEX’s new collection that was designed in collaboration with Marcel Wanders.

The collection will be launched in July 2016 and will include a high chair, bouncer, rocker, monster puppets and Hausschwein the House Pig itself.

Bozena Rezab, CEO of Gamee explained the inspiration behind the game with the following:

The pig itself was the initial inspiration: a decoration piece that was functional and designed with such a sense of humor! We knew we had to reflect this in the game. So we took the pig and put it into the Gamee world. Like many other games on our platform, it is an “eat-and-avoid” game, but we were able to include other elements of the collection, such as the little monsters, and infuse it with the charm and spirit of the collection. I think we achieved what we set out to do!

In the app, players must navigate Hausschwein over sets of fences and away collect the monsters in its path, players score points the further they get.

We have been playing it for a bit, and we have to say it is rather addictive.

You can try it out for yourself by downloading the Gamee app on your iOS or Android device, from there you can select the Hausschwein Run game or many other games alongside it.

CYBEX say they choose to partner with Gamee due to the app being an open platform, with no in-app purchases or other costs, simply download the app and you are ready to play a range of casual games, which makes it great for any parent who is looking to provide their child with a few apps, but without thinking about what they might do wrong with that app.

If you prefer, you can also play the game on your browser.
