D-Link has today announced that they will be expanding their line of routers in Europe.

These new routers are D-Link’s Exo routers, which will be launching in Europe this week to provide improved WiFi coverage and performance over a normal router, with Wireless AC technology, high-power amplifiers, gigabit ports and finally SmartConnect technology that will auto assign devices to the wireless band, providing them with the best possible bandwidth.

These new models have been named the AC1900 Wi-Fi Gigabit Router (DIR-879) and the AC1750 Wi-Fi Gigabit Router (DIR-869).

Paul Routledge, Country Manager, UK and Ireland explained more:

“Following the success of the Ultra Performance Series routers, we are continuing to deliver stylish, premium-design routers.”

“These two EXO routers not only have the unique design consumers are wanting, but they also have the technology to offer extreme Wi-Fi coverage for today’s most demanding tasks at home such as 4K media streaming and online gaming, all at an incredibly affordable price.”

The DIR-869 will be priced at £106.66 before taxes, and the DIR-879 will be priced at £133.33 before taxes.
