The Last Guardian is probably one of the most anticipated games of all time, it’s been 10 years in the waiting but despite that, the anticipation might not have met actual sales.

According to the UK game sales tracking company Chart-Track, the PlayStation 4 exclusive sold less copies in its week of release than the physical Xbox One version of Dead Rising 4.

However, Chart-Track does not track digital downloads, and there were no sales recordings for Dead Rising 4.

Alongside that, Dead Rising 4 did launch on Tuesday, whereas The Last Guardian was released on Friday, meaning Dead Rising 4 had another couple of days of sales.

Elsewhere on the list, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Battlefield 1, and Final Fantasy 15 kept the top three spots.

Dead Rising 4 was at the fifth slot, Watch Dogs 2 hit the sixth spot, and The Last Guardian was seventh.

That all said, The Last Guardian did outsell the first week sales of Ico and Shadow of the Colossus.
