Dell has today announced a new 4K monitor that is sure to impress the budget buyer, dubbed the Dell P2815Q, it will be priced at $699 and will be available in the US from January 23rd.

The monitor will feature a 28 inch 4K display that has a 3850 x 2160 pixel resolution, as well as ports for HDMI, DisplayPort, USB 3.0 (four of) and a 6 in 1 card reader.

Dell also say that the monitor will provide the same screen performance as their UltraSharp models but at a more affordable price, making it a sure success with anyone who’s looking for a bargin, and allowing it to effectively compete with both Lenovo and Asus who announced their own 4K monitors priced from $799.
