Dell and Google have today announced a new partnership with the announcement of the Chromebook 13.

It is a new Chromebook that aims to bring a set of high-end specs to Google’s Chrome OS line, all whilst keeping the usual affordable price tag. This provides users with an alternative to the current Chromebook options like the ASUS Chromebook Flip or even the Google Pixel.

To do this Dell has fitted the Chromebook 13 with a 5th generation Intel Core processor, a 13.3 inch FHD IPS display and a battery life that is said to last up to 12 hours.

Users will be able to config it with between 2-8GB of RAM along with an i3 or i5 processor.

With these configs the Chromebook 13 will be priced between $399 and $899.
