Denon has today announced some new products to expand its HEOS wireless multi-room system with the new HomeCinema wireless sounder and subwoofer.

Expected to be available for purchase in July, the HEOS range is set to work with any flat screen TV with a better sound.

The new soundbar will add to that with its own wireless subwoofer included, and dual 2 inch by 5 inch precision drivers inside of the soundbar for an upper bass and mid-range.

It also has 20mm dome tweeters for treble and a 20KHz response.

On the back of the soundbar you will also find a HDMI input, a HDMI output and a HDMI ARC.

Alongside this there is also a USB input for adding storage, with an optical and coaxial input.

In terms of technology the bar also has Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS decoders, with music and movie DSP modes and a dialogue enhancer with a night mode.

Inside of the subwoofer there is also dual 5.25 inch wonders, and the subwoofer itself can be installed horizontally or vertically. The soundbar can also be placed on a shelf or wall-mounted.

The HEOS HomeCinema will also work with the HEOS 1, HEOS 1 GO, HEOS 3, HEOS 5 and HEOS 7 wireless speakers, all of which can be controlled with the HEOS application.

The Denon HEOS HomeCinema will be priced at £599 when it launches.
