DJI has today announced that they will be updating their series of drones this week.

This comes after the company first announced the new support earlier last month, but is now finally available to download over the DJI GO app on iOS. It will also be available to download via the Android version of the app soon.

With the new update, users will be able to stream video live to Facebook’s live streaming service as it is flying.

It is ready to work with DJI’s Phantom and Inspire drone models, and will even allow users to read the viewer comments from the stream whilst they are flying the drone.

This comes after DJI launched support for YouTube Live earlier this year, and DJI also plans to expand it with support for Periscope live streaming.

If you have a DJI Phantom or Inspire then you should definitely download the new update via the app, which you can find out more about at the source link below.
