It is expected that Apple will launch the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus later today, but ahead of that time, we already have the announcement of some new cases for you.
The first of these cases is from Dog and Bone, who have expanded their line to fit the soon-to-be-announced iPhone.
The first of the new cases is the Splash44, which features a splash proof membrane that allows it to be IP44 splash-proof, alongside a military certified rating that means it is protected by both drops and shocks up to 6.6 feet.
It also features a 2-part design, featuring a bumper for shock and scratch protection and a tempered glass screen with a 9H impact standard for protection against drops, smudges and scratches. It will also feature a sealed Lightning port connector.
The Dog and Bone Splash44 will be available in Clear/Orange, Clear/Black, Clear/Pink, and clear/Purple.
It will be priced at $54.95 for the iPhone 7 model and $59.95 for the iPhone 7 Plus model, we don’t have UK pricing yet.
Next up is the Wetsuit case, which features D&G’s patented direct touch screen waterproof technology for better touch screen sensitivity. It is made from silicone, polycarbonate, and rubber, equating to a triple layer of shock proof protection.
It is also IP68 waterproof rated up to 6.6 feet, with a military certified rating that means it has drop protection up to 6.6 feet.
The case will also feature a rubber bumper for extra grip. It will be available in
Wetsuit case Electric Orange, Blackest Black, Silvertail and Oceana, for $79.95 and $89.95 for the Plus model.
The Wetsuit Impact case is the final case in the new line-up.
It has been designed to be waterproof and shock proof up to 6.6 feet, featuring a rubber bumper for shock protection and extra grip, as well as compatibility for Touch ID.
It is a military certified case, with an IP68 rating for protection from water and dirt. It also has a 9H impact screen standard.
It will be available in Electric Orange, Blackest Black, Silvertail and Oceana for $79.95 and $89.95 for the Plus models.
