Star Wars: Battlefront isn’t set to release for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC until November 19th, however if you own an Xbox One and subscribe to EA Access you can try out the game for free today, a week earlier than anyone else.

The trials version will allow you to play up to 10 hours of the full game, after which you will have to wait until it officially launches.

You should also be aware that it is a 20GB install, so don’t expect to get into it right away, however once it is done you are free to play the game until your trial period has ended.

Those who have a PC or PS3 will have to wait a little longer as they do not support the EA Access, Sony controversial denied the service some time ago stating that PlayStation Plus was good enough for its fans, an opinion which we think a lot of people might disagree with.

Especially when you consider that EA Access not only allows you to play games early, but also gives you entire games from EA’s catalog for free as part of your subscription.

That subscription costs just £3.99 a month or £19.99 a year, which is great value considering how much you get with the service.

If you don’t already have it, we would definitely advice you to subscribe to EA Access asap.
