The FIFA series probably has one of the best life spans in the gaming market, with a game expected for release more or less every year, it’s one game that you can see updated regularly, and that’s only just got longer after EA announced earlier today that they have secured an extended license for the game, lasting until December 31st 2022.

First announced in 1993, the first FIFA game ever made was announced for both Sega’s and Nintendo’s latest systems, dubbed FIFA International Soccer, it was extremely popular, a popularity that has only risen from year to year.

The latest of their titles, FIFA 14 is also bound to become a huge success, with a number of new improvements and better goal scoring techniques, the game is due to launch on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC later this year.

Until E3 however, there’s not much to say about that.
