Just 9 months since the carrier launched, EE announced yesterday that they now cover around 60% of the UK, recently adding 10 more towns the 4GEE line-up, it’s going to take some work for the other carriers to catch up with the carrier by the end off the year.

Quickly becoming dominant in the UK, other carriers are not set to launch their 4G services till summer, but it’s still unclear as to how much of the UK they will cover, will EE keep its dominance after these new services launch?

Only time will tell, but for those looking for a 4G connection ASAP, these are the 10 towns that now have 4G enabled:

  • Altrincham
  • Bedford
  • Camberley
  • Crawley
  • Farnborough
  • Farnham
  • Maidstone
  • Rochdale
  • Tonbridge
  • Welwyn Garden City

Alongside this, EE also upgraded the service in Belfast, Newcastle and Southamption with double the speed.
