EE has this week announced that they will be launching a new 4G enabled tablet that is designed specifically for children.

Dubbed the EE Robin their new tablet will be launched in the UK on October 23rd, at launch it will come unlocked and will be available for £129.99.

In terms of specifications the EE Robin features a 7 inch display with a quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of built-in storage.

There’s also a microSD card slot that allows for extra storage, with a 2 megapixel camera around the back.

It will also come pre-installed with Android 5.1 Lollipop and over 40 games, apps and more.

The EE Robin will also be available on a range of monthly plans from EE, with prices starting at £13 a month.
