During their PlayStation Experience keynote today, Sony announced eight PlayStation 2 games that will be available on the PlayStation 4 from tomorrow.

All of the titles will be available from the PlayStation Store in the Americas and in Europe tomorrow and include:

  • Dark Cloud
  • Grand Theft Auto III
  • Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
  • Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
  • Rogue Galaxy
  • The Mark of Kri
  • Twisted Metal: Black
  • War of the Monsters.

On top of this they also announced that PaRappa the Rapper 2 and The King of Fighters 2000 will be available at a later point.

Every game will also come with support for Trophies as well as Remote Play, Live Broadcast, Share Play, Activity Feeds and Second Screen on the PS Vita or PlayStation app.

Sony have also stated that they will be working to get even more PS2 games on the PS4, however they did not reveal anything about PS3 games, and unlike Xbox’s backwards compatibility, the games will not work if you have a disc, you will have to buy them again.
