If you have ever traveled abroad from Europe, you may well have been a victim to data roaming charges, they are a complete pain, charging users more when making texts and calls or even using data whilst abroad.

Thankfully the European Commission agrees, announcing the introduction of new rules in Europe that will end these roaming charges from July 2014.

This means that when a customer uses their connected device in another European country, they will be charged the same as they would normally be charged at home.

Defiantly one reason for the UK to stay in the EU.
