Today Elgato unveiled their latest smart device to join their Eve range of products.

Called the Eve Degree, it is a device that is capable of monitoring the temperatures of your house and your garden between zero to 130 degrees Fahrenheit.

It is also capable of measuring the humidity levels throughout your home and outside. It’s particularly interesting for outdoor use because it all runs off a replaceable coin cell battery that is said to be capable of lasting for up to a year.

To top that off it also syncs all of that data through the companion iOS application and it’s HomeKit compatible.

You can pair it with your iPhone or iPad over Bluetooth, or with the Apple TV or iPad via the Home Hub mode, which allows it to automatically trigger actions.

The Elgato Eve Degree will be available in the US on June 6th for $69.95, or for €69.95 in Europe.
