Ahead of the launch of a free-to-play version of EVE Online, the developers of the game, CCP have revealed some more details about an upcoming update that will be coming to the space adventure game.
Alongside the launch of the new free-to-play mode, CCP will be releasing a new free expansion for the EVE Online game, which will provide a range of new features to the game.
CCP released a trailer for the expansion today, alongside which, they also revealed the following about the expansion with this description:
“The November 15th 2016 Ascension expansion is a free addition to EVE that brings a whole host of new features and some of the biggest changes ever to New Eden. It introduces Clone States, allowing you to play for free as an Alpha clone for as long as you want. The improved New Player Experience makes it easier than ever for your or your friends to learn how to play. We have also added three impressive engineering complexes, new ships, command bursts, a fitting simulator, new explosion effects, and much more.”
When it is released on November 15th, 2016, it will add three engineering complexes, a number of new ships, command bursts, explosion effects and more.
