If you thought Facebook was full of ads already, you haven’t seen nothing yet, as the social network has today launched Sponsored Results, which as you can guess will fill the search box with paid advertisements that relate to your search query.
What makes it more annoying is that the ads will be placed above any of the other results, which will basically mislead you into clicking those ads thinking the page is the one you want, Facebook said this will give brands the “ability to drive [traffic] to specific Pages, Tabs, and Canvas Applications.”

Thankfully you can dismiss these ads by clicking on the close button placed in the top right of the ad, of course to be more annoying a survey pops-up after you do so, asking why you don’t like it, much like that below.
