Facebook have just sent out press invites to members of the media with the tagline, “come see our new home on Android” at their headquarters on April 4th, which if rumors over the past year or two are to be believed, you can probably expect a new Facebook branded phone to be released.

And if you believe one particular set of leaks, from the well-known Twitter account, @EvLeaks, this phone will be made in partnership with HTC and dubbed the HTC Myst, a phone which recently got FCC approval.

Rumors suggest the phone will include a 1.5GHz Snapdragon dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of Storage, a 5 megapixel rear-facing camera nd a 1.6 megapixel front-facing camera, LTE, Jelly Bean and a 4.3 inch display.

However with no confirmation’s this could simply be the release of a new Facebook app for Android.

Check out the press invite below, more information can also be found at the source link.
