Fitbit have announced at Las Vagas CES today that they will launching their own competitor to the Jawbone Up named the Flex wristband activity tracker, which syncs wirelessly with the iPhone for real-time access to your data.

Yhe FLex will also sync with the Samsung Galaxy S III and Note II Android devices via Bluetooth 4.0 as well as other devices soon, the device will ship with its own USB dongle for syncing to the PC and Mac.

The Flex is also water-resistant and can be worn in the show, the Flex also has a bunch of other features such as tracking sleep quality, set alarms and integrate with other fitness devices and the company’s apps, services and online dashboard.

The Fitbit Flex is available for pre-order from today shipping in Spring 2013 for $99.95.
