A member of the Hack A Day website named Timothy Giles created something interesting with his Raspberry Pi this week.

Called the FlipFrame, it is a powered rotating picture frame that uses a Raspberry Pi, some Arduino hardware, and a stepper motor to rotate the frame smoothly, depending on your preference.

This is combined with a display and an inbuilt SD card reader, allowing you to show images right from your SD card onto the picture frame.

He also created some instructions to help you make your own version, you can read them at the source link.
