Virgin Media has today begun contacting customers who have already used the currently free Wi-Fi on the London Underground asking them to sign up now or be forced to pay for the service when it stops being free in January.

In order to continue receiving free Wi-Fi on the Underground customers must be using Vodafone, EE (Orange and T-Mobile as well) or of course Virgin Media.

For Vodafone you can find out if you can sign up here, or for Orange, T-Mobile and EE customers you can head to the dedicated page where you can sign up.

Or if you are on Virgin Mobile/ Media or Broadband services you can sign up here, if you aren’t as lucky to be signed up to one of these services you will need a Wi-Fi Pass in order to use the service from February, details for which are yet to be revealed.
