Fujifilm has today announced a new waterproof compact camera at CES 2014, dubbed the Fujifilm FinePix Xp90 it features a body that is shockproof, freezeproof, dustproof and bombproof alongside specifications like Wi-Fi connectivity, a 16.4 megapixel sensor that is capable of capturing 1080p video and a 5x optical zoom lens that can deliver a 28mm wide-angle and extend to a 140mm equivalent.

There’s also a 2.7 inch anti-reflective LCD monitor, optical image stabilisation, a ton of shooting modes and IP68 certification, meaning the camera can shoot in water up to 10 metres deep.

The FinePix XP70 will be available from February, priced £170.
