Here in the UK, we have been waiting quite patiently, for Samsung’s first ever Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone, but finally, the wait is over as Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy Nexus will be hitting the UK from the 17th of November. Samsung’s head of mobile released this statement explaining what they are looking forward to seeing from the UK:

“The level of interest and anticipation surrounding the release of the Galaxy Nexus has been fantastic.

“We’re delighted to introduce the Galaxy Nexus to the UK and are looking forward to seeing it in the shops on 17th of November.”

The Galaxy Nexus is defiantly one phone you should look at if your thinking about buying a new mobile, with a 1.2GHz processor, 4.65 inch Super AMOLED display, 1GB of RAM and a 5-megapixel camera with the ability to record in full 1080p.

According to Samsung, the Nexus will be available in a wide range of retailers, which include the Carphone Warehouse, O2, Three and Vodaphone, it will also be priced somewhere around £45 per month of around £549 on pay as you go.
