As you may know, recently GAME has been dropped into a spot of trouble, what with the increase of games bought online, and in order to tackle this the company are going to provide free wireless access in all of its 341 stores, in partnership with BT.

By doing so they want to create “a fully multi-channel, multi-platform shopping experience”, encouraging customers to keep coming back.

Their will also be a free application for customers to download and use to view product reviews, videos, news and special offers just by scanning a QR code.

The new service will be rolled-out across the UK by Christmas, with Gamestation stores getting the “Game” re-brand, officially disappearing from the high street.
