Winter will soon be returning when Game of Thrones returns to our screens with its 7th season, marking the return of the characters and their stories, which will follow on from the last season.
To catch you up, Daenerys Targaryen was making here way to Westeros, Cersei Lannister took the Iron Throne, Arya Stark got closer to avenge her family, Jon Snow was crowned King of the North and the White Walkers got even closer to passing The Wall.
Something that you might be wondering is when, where, and how you might be able to watch this, particularly for those in the UK, and so we are going to take you through all of the details to provide you with the details you need to make sure you watch the premiere of the new Game of Thrones season on time.
When can I watch it?
Game of Thrones season 7 will return to HBO in the US on Sunday, July 16th 2017 at 9AM EST, at the same time it will be broadcasting on the Sky Atlantic channel in the UK on Monday, July 17th at 2AM BST.
For those who don’t want to stay awake, Sky will be repeating the first episode at 9PM on Sky Atlantic on the same day.
For episodes after the first, Sky will broadcast each at 9PM on Mondays, instead of simulcasting them.
Where can I watch it?
HBO, HBO Go, and HBO Now
In the US, you best options are probably the HBO services, the main HBO channel for TV viewers, the HBO Go app for existing HBO sub subscribers, and HBO Now for those who don’t pay for the main HBO channel.
It will be available at the previously mentioned times on all of the HBO on-demand services, as well as live.
Sky+ and Sky Q
In the UK, Sky will be exclusively screening HBO content in the UK, showing it on Sky Atlantic on Mondays.
