Microsoft has today announced that Xbox One and Xbox 360 who are subscribed to Xbox Live Gold will get five free games in June, an announcement which was previously announced by the head of Xbox at Microsoft, Phil Spencer, who announced that the Games with Gold scheme will hit the Xbox One with the June system update.
These free titles will include Max: The Curse of Brotherhood, and Halo:Spartan Assault for next months free games on the Xbox One, and Dark Souls, Charlie Murder and Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition on the Xbox 360.
In case you don’t already know, Max: The Curse of Brotherhood is a side-scroller game, Halo: Spartan Assault is the next instalment in the Halo universe, Dark Souls is the original game in the series, known for its extreme difficulty. Then Carlie Murder is a classic beat ’em up that takes place during an impending zombie apocalypse and finally Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition is basically a fighting game that has been updated from the original Street Fighter IV.
You can download any of the above-mentioned Games with Gold titles at no charge next month, as long as you’re a qualifying Xbox Live Gold member living in any of the markets where Xbox Live is available.
