The biggest problem with any gaming laptop is the weight, generally gaming laptops are on the heavy side, however Gigabyte have jumped into change that generalisation with the unveiling of their new 15.6 inch P35K Ultrablade, which is the world’s lightest gaming laptop, at just 2.16kg, it is quite impressively 21mm thick, but still boosts specs that would make any gamer salivate.

Featuring a 4th generation Intel COre i7 processor with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 765M GDDR5 2GB GPU that has been clocked at P17,800 on 3D Mark Vantage and up to 3TB of storage, a DVD drive that can be swapped for a HDD or SDD drive bay.

There’s also a 1080p IPS display, backlit keyboard, two USB 3.0 ports and an SD card reader, alongside various gaming functions like the ability to shut off the Windows key.

The Gigabyte P35K Ultrablade will be available from October 11th for £1200.
