This week Gigabyte announced the launch of a brand new gaming laptop called the Gigabyte Aero 15.

It will be available to purchase soon in the US for from $1,899 with an Intel Core i7-7700HQ Kaby Lake quad-core processor, a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 graphics cards, two DDR4 SODIMM memory slots, two M.2 PCIe solid state drive connections, as well as a large 94.24 Wh capacity battery.

It also features a 15.6-inch display that has a 3,840 x 2,160-pixel resolution along with a bezel that is just 5mm wide.

Despite that, the system is still pretty large at 14? x 9.8? x 0.78? and is also quite heavy at around 4.6 pounds.

In terms of connectivity, the Aero 15 features a HDMI 2.0 port, a Mini DisplayPort, and a Thunderbolt 3 port.

It will be available in a selection of lid finishes that includes black, green, and orange.
