Today Google announced that they will be updating their Allo messaging service with some brand new features.

In particular, Allo will be getting the ability to react to individual messages from version 14 of the Allo application, which is similar to what Facebook is already doing with their own Messenger application.

When this version is rolled out you will notice that individual messages will have a heart sitting in the bottom left-hand corner of that message.

Once clicked, you will be able to choose an icon that corresponds to your reaction to that message.

It is still be rolled out, however, we are hearing that some people are seeing it on the Play Store today. It should also be rolled out to the iTunes App Store version of the app soon as well.

Aside from the reactions, the version includes a number of bug fixes and performance updates.
