Google has just released a new update for the Google Drive mobile app on Android and iOS, which aim to make your documents editable on the fly. The update for iOS will allow you to create or edit a document on the fly, with real-time updates as contribution’s are made.

There’s also a the new feature to view Google presentations on both the iPhone and iPad, within which you view speaker notes, full-screen mode and you can also swipe between slides, alongside which you can also create new folders and move files into those folders.

Android has also received a new update, allowing you to add comments and reply to existing ones, you can also view tables within Google documents and use the same presentation features that have been added to the iOS app.

And that’s not all, Google have also promised more updates to come, including “native editing and real-time collaboration for Google spreadsheets. Stay tuned.”
