Shortly after they announced that they would be restructured underneath a new company called Alphabet, Google has today announced another major change to the company, and that is that they have a new logo.

Unveiled in a video that shows the evolution of the company and its products, the new logo is a bit more playful than what they previously had, with soft colours and the use of the sans-serif typeface.

And honestly we’re not a fan, in our opinion it goes a step to far in terms of its playfulness, whilst that is possibly a good link with their new parent company, Alphabet, we think it simply dumbs the company down a bit.

However that is just our humble opinion, let us know what you think.
