Google have today launched a free version of the Quickoffice application for customers subscribing to Google Apps for Business.

The app is no available for iPhone and Android users, expanding from the iPad, and will allow you to edit any Microsoft Office file or create a new one. Files can also be shared and saved with Google Drive.

You can also track changes to the document, spell check and even add comments, change colours, fonts and backgrounds.

However the app will only be free for those who use Google’s Apps for Businesses services, if you don’t you will have to pay for the app in usual way, £11 o iOS and Android.
